Shipping

We know how important it is to receive your goods when you expect them. Order processing takes 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will be emailed a tracking link once your parcel has shipped. Delivery takes 2-3 business days* (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

 

Returns

Returns may be requested within 7 calendar days from delivery of parcel. Once authorized, the parcel has to be returned to our warehouse within 14 calendar days (30 days for international returns). There are no refunds for shipping fees.

All sale items are final sale, however some sale items can be returned for store credit within 7 days of the order Delivery Date. Customer will be responsible for return shipping fees. Final clearance Sale items are not returnable and will be listed as such under product description.   Health and personal care items, gift cards, and accessories are all final sale. All hair accessories, jewelry, and socks are final sale, but may be returned for store credit. Hats may be returned if in original condition with tags attached. Bathing suits may not be returned.

For damaged items, you will be provided an exchange for a new same item, where possible. For approved claims, customers will be provided replacement package or store credit. 

We cannot retroactively refund or apply coupon codes to past purchases if code is not entered at checkout by the customer

Please inspect items upon receiving them, notify us of any issue within 7 days of delivery (BMCRETURNS@yahoo.com).  The date of Package delivery is day 1 of the 7 days allowed for returns. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in same condition that you received it. It must also be in original packaging with tags attached if applicable. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. 

Bizzy MonStars Crew Childrens Clothing is not responsible for damage or loss of item(s) during the returning process. Bizzy MonStars Crew Childrens Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We reserve the right to reject any exchange request that does not fulfill our Return & Exchange Policy.
